Frecati faina cu untul impreuna, apoi adaugati zaharul si nuca si amestecati bine toate ingredientele pana obtineti un aluat fraged.<br /><br />Dati 1h la frigider, apoi puneti pe o planseta tapetata cu faina o jumatate din aluat si intindeti cu sucitorul. Se intinde de grosimea de 5 mm si cu o forma de taiat biscuiti sau fursecuri sa dau formele dorite (puteti folosi un pahar). Se coc la foc mediu citeva minute pana incep sa se rumeneasca pe margini, se scot din tava imediat cu un cutit si se pun pe un platou. Dupa ce acestea se racesc se ung cu gem sau crema de cacao, doua cate doua.<br /><br />Pentru crema de cacao aveti nevoie de: 250 g. unt rece, 1/2 pahar apa, 150 g. zahar, 50 g. cacao. Frecati untul spuma si intre timp puneti restul ingredientelor la foc pana obtineti un sirop. Dupa racire incorporati putin cate putin untul si amestecati bine pana la obtinerea cremei. Compozitia trebuie sa fie destul de tare, astfel incat bezelele asezate pe tava sa nu se intinda. Puteti sa adaugati doua picaturi de colorant alimentar, daca doriti sa fie mai aratoase. Se unge o tava cu unt, se presara cu faina, se pun bezelele, fie cu cornetul, fie cu o lingurita, potrivit de mari, tinand seama ca ele cresc la copt. Se coc la foc foarte moale, circa o jumatate de ora, avand grija sa nu se ingalbeneasca. Dupa ce s-au racorit putin, se scot cu un cutit din tava si se servesc fie simple, fie lipite cate doua, cu frisca batuta sau cu inghetata la mijloc. Pentru aceasta, pe masura ce se scot, se apasa usor fundul cu degetul cel mare, ca sa formeze un fel de scobitura, in care sa intre mai multa frisca. Aceasta se pune cu lingurita. Se iau cu lingura cantitati egale din tocatura si cu mainile umezite in apa se formeaza mititei de aceeasi marime. Turnati crema obtinuta peste piscoturi si mai asezati cate un strat din fiecare. Presarati pe deasupra cacao din abundenta. Amandoua se pun in tigaia in care s-a prajit carnea. Se lasa putin pe foc, amestecandu-se din cand in cand. Carnea se serveste cu masline si ceapa.
